These Terms and Conditions govern your use of 3pattino1. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything set out below. Last updated: January 2025.
Before you read the full legal text, here is a plain-language summary of what 3pattino1 commits to and what we ask of our players.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 3pattino1 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing or using 3pattino1 in any way – including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds or placing a bet – you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered under the 3pattino1 brand, including but not limited to Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, card games, sports betting, esports betting, jackpot slots, live dealer games and any future products added to the platform.
Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:
To access real-money games and betting on 3pattino1, you must register an account. During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and Pakistani mobile number. You agree not to use a false identity, impersonate any other person or provide misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
Each individual may hold only one active 3pattino1 account. Creating additional accounts to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent a restriction or any other purpose constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances – including winnings accumulated in those accounts – will be forfeited without refund of any deposit amount used to build those balances through prohibited behaviour.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3pattino1 will never ask for your password in any communication. Any unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain credential security is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately via live chat. We will investigate promptly and take appropriate steps to secure your account.
3pattino1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport or driving licence) and proof of address at any time. Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds trigger mandatory verification. Accounts that fail verification within a reasonable period may be restricted until the process is completed.
Providing false or forged documents during KYC verification is a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure, full forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities.
The minimum age to register and play on 3pattino1 is 18 years. This restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. We use automated age-check systems during registration and manual review of submitted documents during KYC. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately, all funds will be returned to the payment source originally used for deposits and no winnings will be paid out.
If a parent or guardian believes a minor has opened an account on 3pattino1, they should contact our support team immediately. We take underage gambling extremely seriously and have procedures in place to handle such reports swiftly and confidentially.
All financial transactions on 3pattino1 are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the deposit screen. Deposits are credited to your 3pattino1 balance in real time for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay). Bank transfers may take up to two business hours depending on the sending bank. 3pattino1 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or wallet provider may impose their own charges.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within the following timeframes: JazzCash and Easypaisa – under 5 minutes; NayaPay and SadaPay – under 15 minutes; IBFT bank transfer – up to 4 business hours; Visa/Mastercard – 1–3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in your own name that has been previously verified.
3pattino1 applies a rule that withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. You may not request that winnings be sent to a different account or third party. Any attempt to do so will trigger a review and may result in withdrawal delays pending verification.
3pattino1 never charges withdrawal fees. If you are being asked to pay a fee to release a withdrawal, you may be the target of a scam. Contact support immediately.
3pattino1 offers a range of promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and referral rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer. The general principles below apply to all bonuses.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is applied to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount) unless explicitly stated otherwise. For example, a Rs 10,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means Rs 2,00,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable real money.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live card games including Teen Patti and Andar Bahar typically contribute 10–25%. Sports betting bets at odds of 1.50 or above typically contribute 100%. The contribution rates for each game type are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
3pattino1 reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where we have reasonable grounds to believe bonus abuse has occurred. This includes creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, exploiting a technical error in a promotion, using betting strategies designed to clear bonuses with minimal risk while guaranteeing a profit, or engaging in coordinated play with other accounts.
Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire after 30 days from the date of credit unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from your balance and cannot be reinstated.
All bets placed on 3pattino1 are final once confirmed. Before confirming a bet, review the selection, stake and potential return carefully. 3pattino1 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described below.
A bet may be declared void by 3pattino1 in the following circumstances: (a) a match or event is cancelled or abandoned before a result is determined; (b) the bet was placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical or human error on our side; (c) the outcome has been determined by fraud, match-fixing or any other form of corruption. In case of a void bet, the stake is returned to your balance in full.
3pattino1 strives to maintain accurate odds at all times. However, technical errors can occasionally result in odds being displayed incorrectly. Any bet placed at demonstrably incorrect odds – for example, Pakistan odds of 200.00 when the correct odds should be 2.00 – may be cancelled or settled at the correct price at the platform's discretion. We will notify affected players by email in such cases.
Single bet maximum payouts are capped per sport and game category. The applicable maximums are displayed in the game rules section for each product. Accumulator and multiple bets also carry maximum payout caps. 3pattino1 reserves the right to limit stake sizes on individual accounts where betting patterns suggest professional arbitrage or coordinated advantage play.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3pattino1. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant law enforcement where appropriate.
3pattino1 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms and forms part of the same legal agreement between you and 3pattino1.
We will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and identity verification providers is shared solely for the purpose of completing transactions and fulfilling our legal obligations. All personal data is stored on encrypted servers and handled in accordance with applicable data protection principles.
3pattino1 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, all accessible directly from your account settings without requiring contact with support.
You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before they come into effect. Requests to decrease a limit are applied immediately.
Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. Self-exclusion closes your access to all 3pattino1 products immediately and for the full duration selected. During a self-exclusion period, 3pattino1 will not reactivate your account regardless of the reason given for reversal. At the end of a self-exclusion period, a cooling-off step is required before access is restored.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3pattino1's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.
3pattino1 is not liable for: (a) loss of profits; (b) indirect or consequential losses; (c) losses arising from technical failures outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, device failures or third-party service interruptions; (d) losses arising from your failure to follow these Terms or any game-specific rules.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3pattino1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make changes we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered players by email at least 7 days before significant changes take effect. Your continued use of 3pattino1 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with an amendment you have the right to close your account before the change takes effect. Funds in your account will be returned to your verified payment method upon account closure. Contact support@3pattino1.im to exercise this right.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 3pattino1 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to our internal dispute resolution process via the support team.
To raise a dispute, contact 3pattino1 support with a full written description of the issue, the relevant dates, bet or transaction IDs and the outcome you are seeking. We aim to resolve all disputes within 10 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal process, further escalation options are described in your account documentation.
You agree that any legal proceedings relating to your use of 3pattino1 will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action or collective claim.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 3pattino1 regarding your use of the platform and supersede any previous agreements, representations or understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply in full.
